Alice was Employee #1 and eagerly joined Tomilee when she founded Executives Unlimited in 2001. As the Vice President of Research, Alice utilizes her expansive network and outstanding ability to source, screen and place high quality candidates for clients across a vast industry spectrum, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Higher Education, Banking, Family Office, and Non Profit and various service related businesses.

Alice has enjoyed a 24 year career in the retained executive search industry. She gained her foundation in research with Ward Howell International, was recruited to IMCOR where she was promoted to the Director of Research during her tenure. Alice and Tomilee worked together at IMCOR and later joined Tomilee in helping to build Executives Unlimited.

Alice manages the Executives Unlimited research team and leads the sourcing and recruitment strategy for every search the company conducts. Her thorough research and shrewd judgment form the direct link to senior level executive management solutions, and her aptitude for obtaining in-depth information is unparalleled, consistently proving to be invaluable to clients. Her insight and amiable character is only surpassed by her thorough diligence and discernment to recruit the most qualified candidate for her client.

Alice received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, cum laude.  Her education and love of reading combined with the success she has achieved in quantitative candidate research allows her to excel at the development and fulfillment criteria needed to successfully satisfy client search requirements.

When not working, you will find Alice and her husband at the baseball field or volleyball court cheering on their kids. She loves to cook and entertain; any excuse spending time with family and friends.
