After a successful career as a commercial banking and financial services executive, Tomilee transitioned to the Executive Search field and became the Managing Director for IMCOR. Her exceptional knowledge of operations and customer service skills quickly earned her a nationally recognized reputation in the executive search community. After the sale of IMCOR, Tomilee founded Executives Unlimited in 2001 with her former IMCOR colleagues and continued her commitment to excellence in executive recruiting.
Today, Tomilee serves as a coach and mentor to her firm, as well as their clients. A trusted senior financial advisor to her clients, she helps companies define how they envision their goals, and examines all aspects of her client company’s operations, laying the groundwork for a successful search process.

Tomilee dedicates her time to the community in a variety of philanthropic endeavors. In 2017, Tomilee gave a TEDx Talk about gender disparity and women advocacy in the workplace. In 2015, she was honored for her support of the young leaders of C5LA, an organization that mentors exceptional students of families living on less than $21,000 annually. In 2014, Tomilee was honored by the Long Beach Memorial Hospital for her efforts in creating awareness for breast cancer research. Tomilee is the Founder of the non-profit California Independent Westerly School of Long Beach. She is nominated annually by the Los Angeles Business Journal for the past decade for the prestigious Women Who Make a Difference Award. In addition, Tomilee is very involved in the Greater Salt Lake City, Utah community, where she makes her primary residence. The Egyptian Theater, the Park City Institute for the Performing Arts, Park City Hospital Foundation, as well as the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) in Salt Lake City, are all beneficiaries of her time and support.
