Tomilee Tilley Gill, Founder & President of Executives Unlimited, is slated to present at the TEDx Mission Viejo conference on Friday, October 14th, sharing her perspective on gender disparity in the executive ranks and how we can start to advocate change for a sustainable workforce.
The conference will take place at the Mission Viejo Civic Center and the theme of the event is “Perception” – it’s about cracking open the nut on perception and challenging the way people think, live, love, laugh and play at life in the city of Mission Viejo.
The event is a locally organized version of the internationally known TED conference, which brings together thought leaders and innovators for talks that last less than 20 minutes.
TEDx Mission Viejo is a diverse community of influencers, thought leaders and change makers, exploding through paradigms and opening up perception.
